These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wildlife Explorer Stories website, YouTube channel, associated social media accounts, and any related software or tools we operate (together, the "Services"), operated by Viktor Nord Grindberg ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
We produce and publish original educational short-form and long-form video content about wildlife and nature across platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Our internal tools are used solely to publish our own original content to our own accounts on these platforms.
All content we create — scripts, narration, thumbnails, and edited video — is our property or used under licence. Stock footage and music are used under the licences of their respective providers. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose our content without written permission, except as permitted by the hosting platform's own features (such as sharing a video link).
Our content is distributed through third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of those platforms.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorisation, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
Our content is provided for entertainment and general educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, medical, safety, or survival advice. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
